What is a VA?
A virtual assistant (VA) is generally self-employed and provides professional administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance to clients remotely from a home office
What hours will my VA be available?
Contactable hours are 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on all NZ public holidays.
Can my VA buy things on my behalf?
Yes. We can take down your credit card details over the phone and make purchases for you. We can also sign a non-disclosure agreement with you if required.
What if I need a task completed that my VA can't do?
We will endevour to complete any task required. If we do not have the correct knowledge to complete what has been requested we will educate ourselves to ensure we are able to complete your task.
What happens if my VA is sick or on leave?
If there is an illness or special circumstance as to why a VA is unable to work, this will be communicated with the client and the work will completed as soon as possible to ensure the deadline is met. If we are to go on leave, this will be communicated well in advance. If work is required to be completed while away, we will do as much as we can in advance and also arrange for a temp to complete your work that will be well versed in what is required.
How much is it and When do I pay for my hours?
$50 per hour. We will invoice you monthly or if it is project work or event work we will require a deposit and then invoice once services are completed.
What happens if I need more time than my plan allows?
Additional hours can be requested at any time. We will arrange approval of additional hours prior to using them.
What if it isn't working out for me?
We understand that there are various reasons why it sometimes doesn't work out.
If you would like to terminate the service altogether, we'd be sorry to see you go. We require at least one month's notice in writing.
